Do you enjoy canoeing, kayaking or boating? Larder Lake (only minutes from the Lodge), is a great place to spend an afternoon. Explore the history of the lake, enjoy nature's majestic views, listen to the peaceful call of the loons. Take advantage of the picnic area at the boat launch, where you can fish from the dock, go for a swim, sit by the shoreline with a good book, and let the children play on the play structure. The boat launch was created with family and the love of the natures beauty in mind!

The multitude of kettle lakes hidden throughout the vast boreal forest is home to an abundance of wild life. Moose, bears, rabbits, partridge and small game are only few of the curious visitors we have in the area.
The Lake Trout, Pickerel (Walleye) and Northern Pike attract many Fishing Enthusiasts!
We supply meals, maps of the area, and resident hunting and fishing guides are available to show you the best fishing and hunting areas...

so YOU will come back with amazing fishing and hunting stories!

Take advantage of the ECO Tour!

One of the most requested tours of Mont Chaudron (Cheminis Mountain). This hiking trail takes you on an adventure well worth the breath taking view of the surrounding lakes and area that the top of Cheminis Mountain boasts. Don't forget your camera!

Would you like to spend the day downhill skiing?

We will supply three meals, accomodation and transportation to and from Larder Lake Ski Hill or Mont Kanasuta. Both ski hills are only minutes away from Cheminis Lodge.
